"Why Me, Why This, Why Now" by Robin Norwood.
Like i mention this book kinda chim.. wif all de energy fields etc.. healing at different levels.. duh
Guidlines for healing ourselves
1.Always look for the gift in adversity
2. Never indulge in self-pity
3. Never blame anyone else for your problems
4. Cultivate an attitude of gratitude
5. Do not judge your condition or that of others
6. Avoid sentimentality
7. Recognize that disease is not a punishment
8. Seek opportunites to serve
9. Learn to regard death as a healing
im close to that rite? hahahaha :P
Guidlines for healing others heal
1. Be free of need
2. Recognize that we are only agents for healing, not its source
3. Resist being glamoured by the owrk and our ability to do it
4. Be "spiritually naked" with the person we are tyring to help
5. Recognize that there may be family, group, racial, and planetary karmas operating
6. Accept that people unconsciously know the reason for their condition
7. Honor the time transformation takes
