ha.. u mus b thinking i mux b slacking n lazing around at home rite? ha.. well.. ive been playing com for a long while as well.. d/l music n videos looking at virals.. trying all sorts of flash game.. slacker.. still munch tat bread sumore during tea breaks.. hehe.. well.. ive been reading these days too k..
im gonna start a plan soon.. it'll be reconstructing myself.. nope.. not gg to work (earn money) but i'll develop knowledge, wisdom, self-improvement, techniques n physical abilities. its time for the mind body n soul. :D

Shall work out on my diet plan these few days too. More Protein. Iron. Vitamin C. Low sugar. Less fats. Maintain Carbohydrate. No extra rice!! No Tea breaks!! Down with junk food - excludes biscuits, Hello panda, soft drinks(diet coke/pepsi), chocolates, sweets.

Will be emphasising on NAPFA six items. Removing belly with abs. Ham strings,Quardiceps,Triceps,Biceps,Deltoids,Pectoralis Major.

Sounds impossible??? Motto: {Sufferance, Perseverance, Endurance}!!!
