Shall work out on my diet plan these few days too. More Protein. Iron. Vitamin C. Low sugar. Less fats. Maintain Carbohydrate. No extra rice!! No Tea breaks!! Down with junk food - excludes biscuits, Hello panda, soft drinks(diet coke/pepsi), chocolates, sweets.
Will be emphasising on NAPFA six items. Removing belly with abs. Ham strings,Quardiceps,Triceps,Biceps,Deltoids,Pectoralis Major.
